The institutions we now about are:

The European Parlament, wich is formed by all the commissioners of the countries of the european nation.

The European Commission, wich is formed by 27 commissioners, one commissioner per member state, and wich has four main roles.

Finally the European council, this is the most important institution of the Europe Union. It hasn´t have executive or legislative power, it deals with more important issues and the councils meet twice a year. This institution is located in the same building that is the parliament.

ABOUT THE PROJECT OF CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION:

In our oppinion this project of creativity and innovation, it is only another method to make a globalitation of Europe, to make bigger the capitalism. This project begins with the updating of the education sistem, but this updating only carries that the cultures and the importance of minor lenguages will dicrease, putting like the main lenguage and culture the english or the american.
